Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. Please review the following guidelines. To avoid any cancellation fees, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment by either phone call or the online portal. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a fee of the $50.00 dollars of the total cost. If a patient NO SHOWS you have forfeited your entire deposit of $50.00. We are happy to reschedule your appointment with 48 hours advance notice.
